Steak Rub

Per pound of steak

• 2 tsp Beef Rub, Roast or Steak
• 1-2 tsp Not Just for the Halibut (Peppercorn Blend)

Grill over medium coals, turning once.

Cook 4-8 minutes for rare, 10-14 minutes for medium, 16-20 minutes for well done. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. (Internal temperature will continue to rise 5-10 degrees.)
