Shepherd’s Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 med. onion, chopped (optional)
• 2 Tbsp. “Healthy Solutions Spice Blends” Ultimate Burger Seasoning
• 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
• 4-6 medium potatoes, mashed
• Bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Sauté ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Spoon into bottom of lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish, add seasonings; stir to combine. Layer corn evenly over meat then add mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes, until sides start to bubble and top is browned.
