Salmon with Dill and
Flounder with Herbed Butter
(Atlantic Char, Sole, Tilapia, Turbot or Trout)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes 6 servings
Cook Time: 6-18 minutes (Depending on cut and thickness)
- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon, Flounder, Atlantic
Char,Trout, Tilapia or Turbot
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp.
Salmon with Dill Seasonings
- 1 Lemon - quartered
STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS: In a large nonstick frying pan,
over medium heat, melt butter or oil; add seasonings.
Add fish and sauté for approximately 3-9 minutes per side.
When fish is completely cooked, the thickest part will flake easily.
Serve with wedges of lemon.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Wrap fish, butter or oil, and
seasonings in foil. Cook on medium coals for approximately 6-18
minutes or until thickest part flakes easily.
