Potato & Vegetable Seasoning Suggestions
Listed are some suggestions to season vegetables after they’re cooked
using “Healthy Solutions Spice
Blends” seasoning packets. Sprinkle on to taste.
Lemon Pepper Haddock/Scallops Seasoning
Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Green
Beans, Spinach
Salmon with Dill Seasoning
Carrots, Zucchini,
Cauliflower, Potatoes
Shrimp Scampi
and Grilled Garlic Shrimp Seasoning
Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spinach
Roasted Potato Recipes
Prepare 4-5 medium potatoes by cutting into wedges, fries or cubes.
Combine 2 Tbsp. of oil and any of the following
“Healthy Solutions Spice Blends” seasoning
packets; add potatoes and
toss well to coat.
Bake in oven @ 450° for 20-30 minutes, (turning once) or until potatoes
can easily be pierced with a fork. May also be done on a grill
1-2 Tbsp.
Herbed Crusted Tilapia,
Salmon with Dill, or
Shrimp Scampi
and Grilled Garlic Shrimp Seasoning
1-2 tsp.
Perfect Steak or
Cajun Style Seafood
Of course, you can always add more after it’s cooked.
