Party Potatoes

1 30 oz. bag frozen
plain shredded hash browns (defrosted)

1-1/2 Tbsp. of minced onion or
1 onion chopped

1-1/2 tsp. garlic
-
1 can Cream of
Celery soup (33% less sodium)
-
1/2 cup butter
-
8 oz. sour cream
-
1-1/2 cups white
grated cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup special K
cereal (crushed)or course bread crumbs
-
1-1/2 Tbsp

Blends Salmon with Dill Seasonings
Spray
a 13x9" pan with Pam, place thawed potatoes in pan with onion and
garlic.
In medium size saucepan; heat soup,
butter, sour cream and cheese; pour over potatoes and
mix thoroughly
Cut remaining butter in
thin slices.
Top with butter and
cereal or bread crumbs.
Cover with foil and bake @ 350° for 45 minutes, or
until edges start to bubble; uncover and cook for another 15 minutes
until crispy.
