With a pastry brush, lightly brush oil on fish or beef and sprinkle
seasoning on both sides.FISH GRILLING
DIRECTIONS: Place fish on bottom rack and cook approx.
10 minutes; turning once.To test for doneness, cut into the thickest
part, if it's opaque and flaky, it's done.
BROILING
DIRECTIONS: Place fish on pan 3” from heat source. Cook
for the same amount of time as above.
STEAK COOKING DIRECTIONS: Cook 4-8 minutes for rare, 10-14
minutes for medium and 16-20 minutes for well done; turning once.
