- 3/4 cup Milk

Meatloaf Seasonings
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef or Game Meat
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
May we suggest making the whole recipe and freezing 1/2 the mixture
in disposable aluminum loaf pan before cooking?
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; mix well, then
add remaining ingredients. Shape meat mixture into 8x8 loaf or two 8x4
loaves and place into a casserole dish or
slow
cooker.
BAKING DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375°. Bake
uncovered for 45-60 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160°.
SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS: Cover and cook on low for 8-10
hours.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy,
and a vegetable.
