Sweet &
Savory Mahi Mahi
(Grouper,
Red Snapper or Sea Bass)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 6 servings
Cook Time: 6-20 minutes depending on cooking method.
- 1-1/2 lbs. Mahi-mahi, Grouper, Red
Snapper or Sea Bass
- 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Pork & Poultry Rub
- 2 tsp. Olive or Canola Oil
- Salt to Taste
With a pastry brush, lightly brush oil on
fish and sprinkle seasoning on both sides of fish.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Cook fish on medium coals for approximately
6-11 minutes, turning once (until thickest part flakes easily).
BROILING DIRECTIONS:
Place fish on pan 3” from heat source. Cook for the same amount of time
as above.
BAKING DIRECTIONS: Bake
uncovered at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
