1-2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 to 4 1/2 tsp.
Lemon Pepper Haddock / Scallops
Preheat grill, oven or broiler. Spray medium sized casserole
dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Rub or drizzle oil on both sides of meat; and sprinkle seasonings on
both sides.
Place chicken in dish
GRILLING DIRECTIONS:
Use a disposable aluminum foil pan. Place on lower rack of grill
on medium heat for 12 - 15 minutes.
BROILING DIRECTIONS:
Place dish 2-4” from heat source and cook for 12-15 minutes turning
once.
BAKING DIRECTIONS: Bake uncovered at 400° for 15-20
minutes.
