Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey and seasonings; mix well. Add
chicken let stand while preheating broiler or grill.
BROILING DIRECTIONS: Prepare broiling pan by spraying with a non-stick
cooking spray. Place on rack 3 from heat source. Cook for
approximately 20 30 minutes, depending on thickness of meat, basting
on both sides.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Place
meat on lower rack and cook for the same amount of time as broiling
directions, basting frequently.
