Holiday Beef Roast

Use the following “Healthy Solutions Spice Blends” seasoning packets for any beef roast. You may use them alone or combined

• Per pound of Beef Roast sprinkle on

• 2 tsp. of Beef Rub, Roast or Steak and

• 1-2 tsp. of Not Just for the Halibut (Peppercorn Blend)

Preheat oven to 425°. Place roast fat side up and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads desired temperature.
