Flounder with Herbed Butter
(Sole, Tilapia or Turbot)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes                             Makes: 6 servings
Cook Time: 6-8 minutes

  • 1-1/2 lbs. Flounder, Sole, Tilapi or Turbot Rinse & Pat Dry
  • 2-4 Tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salmon with Dill
  • 1 Lemon Quartered
PAN GRILLING DIRECTIONS: In a large nonstick frying pan or skillet, heat oil or butter over medium heat; add seasonings. Place fish in pan and sautè for approximately
3-4 minutes per side, until it flakes easily. Serve with wedges of lemon.

GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Wrap fish, butter or oil & seasonings in foil. Cook on medium coals for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until it flakes easily.

Note: May also be used with any type of fish, cooking times will vary.
