Cajun Style Beef, Chicken or Pork
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes 6 servings
Cook Time: 12-22 minutes depending on cut and thickness
*Adjust as desired, for milder use less for stronger use more.
Rub or drizzle oil on both sides of meat; and sprinkle seasonings on
both sides.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Beef: Over medium coals, cook for
12-18 minutes for rare, 18-20 minutes for medium and 20-22 minutes for
well done, turning once.
Chicken or Pork: Cook on medium coals for approximately 15-30 minutes,
depending on thickness, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
May also be used for Tacos and Burritos.
