Broiled/Grilled Swordfish or Tuna

Preparation Time: 5 minutes                                 Makes: 6 servings
Cook Time: 6-10 minutes                                     Marinating Time: 1-2 hours

Brush both sides of fish with oil, sprinkle seasonings and if time permits, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for stronger flavor. Preheat broiler or grill.

BROILING DIRECTIONS: Place fish on broiling pan 3” from source of heat; cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned, turn and broil the other side for same amount of time.

To test for doneness cut into the thickest part, if it’s opaque it’s done. The best temperature for cooked juicy fish is 135°.

GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Place fish on bottom rack and cook on low-medium heat 3-5 minutes until lightly browned, turn and grill the other side for same amount of time.

Ingredients:  Dextrose, dehydrated garlic, citric acid, spice, lemon oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
