½ cup Soft Red Wine, Beef Bouillon or Balsamic Vinegar

Beef Stew Seasonings

1 ½ lbs Beef Sirloin, Top Round, Filets or Game Meat -
cut in 1 1/2” cubes

1 small Onion - cut into wedges
-
1 sm. Green Bell Pepper - cut in 1” pieces

1 sm. Red Bell Pepper - cut in 1” pieces

1 med Tomato - cut into wedges

6 sm. Mushrooms (optional)
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 1 hour to
prevent burning.
Thread the meat and vegetables on skewers, alternating ingredients,
until each skewer is full.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes;
turning the skewers 2-3 times, until meat has reached desired
temperature. (Center should be slightly less done than desired, seeing
it will continue to cook once removed from heat).
BROILING DIRECTIONS:
Place skewers on a greased broiling pan about 3” from source of heat for
same amount of time.
