Baked Artichokes
with Roasted Almonds
In a
baking dish, combine artichoke hearts with wine or broth. Sprinkle with
Garlic Roasted Potato Seasoning and cover with slivered almonds. Top
with grated parmesan cheese.
OVEN DIRECTIONS: Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until hot and
golden brown.
GRILLING DIRECTIONS: Place
artichokes in a disposable foil pan; and place on top rack. Cook on
medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until hot. May not get golden
brown.
