The whole concept of our company evolved from my own frustration with the poor quality, tasteless and unhealthy ways we prepare and purchase our food.  I thought there had to be a better way.  Since I don’t particularly care for greasy take out, frozen or fast food with lots of salt, I started creating my own spice blends to have on hand for quick, easy, and healthy alternatives that I could prepare at home.  Healthy Solutions Spice Blends was created when I decided to offer my unique spice blends to the public. 

I personally research, create, test, and market each of the spice blends we offer.  That’s my personal commitment to quality.  If it’s not good enough for me, it doesn’t get packaged.  I also spend considerable time researching and testing each of the individual recipes that are printed on the packages to be sure they’re quick, easy and offer multiple cooking methods.  And with about fourty blends now in production, we also have the variety our customers appreciate.

Since its modest beginnings, the company has steadily increased its distribution to over 300 locations throughout the United States and is still expanding its geographic distribution to include many regional supermarket chains in addition to local butcher shops, health food stores and specialty markets throughout the country.  We’re pleased at the warm reception we’ve received by many of our retail partners.  I appreciate their support in helping us build a wide network of distribution locations.
